Annie Crangle
Annie is a management consultant helping business leaders create strategic plans, grow into new markets, and strengthen leadership and team practices.
Annie utilizes her experiences in business, athletics, and nonprofit work to facilitate holistic and actionable planning processes.
She has co-founded multiple businesses, overseeing sales and marketing, managing departments and teams, and developing company-wide coaching and culture initiatives. Her experience and knowledge allows her to partner with leaders to improve systems and identify growth opportunities.
As a former DI athlete and DIII coach, Annie translates best practices from the court to the workplace, equipping leaders with new tools and strategies to motivate and develop their people and teams.
Annie is also a former Teach for America corps member and is active on several nonprofit boards. Her connection to the community helps inspire values-driven leadership and organizational culture.
Annie holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Journalism and African American History. She is the the Commissioner and Captain of the Olympic Club Women’s National Basketball team. Annie currently serves as Vice President of The Olympic Club Foundation Board of Directors and Vice Board Chair for Playworks in Northern California.

Anthony Rodriguez, Associate
Anthony is a collaborative and inclusive data-driven leader with experience in advising organizations on policy and strategy recommendations. As a strategist, Anthony leads research and stakeholder engagement initiatives to inform education, civic engagement, and poverty alleviation initiatives. As a policy maker, Anthony crafts policy recommendations for city and state legislators to increase business opportunities in the fields of energy, environment, sustainability, land use, political affairs, and nonprofit services.
Anthony is a graduate of Goldman School of Public Policy at UC Berkeley where he earned his MPP. Prior to graduate school, Anthony completed the Coro Fellowship in Public Affairs where he advised nonprofits and government agencies on criminal justice reform, higher education, and public health.
His skillset ranges from quantitative and qualitative analysis, social impact evaluation, research, and facilitation. Anthony has experience working in the legal field, has served on the National Board of Directors for Juma Ventures, and currently volunteers with Minds Matter San Francisco.
Tiffany Lee, strategic advisor
Tiffany is an MBA graduate of the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and currently works full-time as a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Adobe. Prior to business school, Tiffany was an Education Pioneers fellow at Beyond 12, where she was a data analyst and product manager working on education technology to increase the graduation rate for first generation college students. She also worked at NewSchools Venture Fund, a nonprofit venture philanthropy firm that supports high-impact entrepreneurs improving the U.S. education system. Tiffany served on the Board of Directors for Oakland Unity Schools, volunteers for Princeton AlumniCorps, and has experience in technology, nonprofit development, and visual design.
